Suzi has worked in nearly every facet of the industry and uses her experience as a high-level resource for her clients.

Prior to obtaining her real estate license in 2008, she worked in the commercial lending industry where she managed the financing and facilitated closings of multi-million-dollar multi-family development projects in Colorado and throughout the United States.

Suzi also has experience in real estate asset management and market research, and grew up in a Real Estate developer household.

"We have known Suzi Janzen for a few years now. The first time she helped us buy a house was in Florida. Yes, Florida! We were living there and didn’t know any realtors and she helped us find a really good one. We bought a cute house and lived there for nearly three years until we moved to Colorado.

When we found out we were moving to Colorado, Suzi was one of our first calls. She started searching for us and we trusted her enough to be willing to buy a house unseen if she found the perfect one.

Well, things didn’t happen smoothly at the Florida end and houses were flying off the market in Colorado. Once we got to Colorado, the end of May 2019, Suzi was there and ready for us. We closed on our house the end of June 2019. She took care of everything from the offer to the inspections to the closing.
